Finally, the excitement of their first birthday. By booking the "First Birthday Cake Smash", you get to select a color theme and a consultation with Annie. We want to ensure the session is looking good for the big cake mess. Package does not include cake. Yes, you need to bring your own cake.

What to expect and bring?
We start off with "normal" photography. Pictures of them sitting, trying to walk, crawling or sitting in a prop. Take a few minutes for toddler to get comfortable in the studio. This part of the session is typically 20-25 minutes. Then we move on to CAKE. A smash cake portrait session is just that - pictures of cake going, well, everywhere.
You should probably bring extra outfits for your little one so they have something to go home in. Bring a towel/wipes to dry and wipe down your little one.
Don't worry about the mess. we will take care of the cleaning.
First Birthday Cake Smash sessions have a $100 nonrefundable retainer fee to book a date/time, also covers photographer time & creative fee. Soft proof images are sent following 3-5 days after your session.
